Black Spanish Radish
Known as Noir Gros Rond D’hiver this versatile raddish has been grown in the United States since the 1800's. Late summer is the perfect time to sow Spanish Black Radish seeds for a cool fall harvest. Black on the outside, and milk-white on the inside, the taste is crispy and sharp, almost spicy. Historically these radishes were grown for their very long shelf life, and make the perfect roasted side dish, chips, and pickled!
60-70 days seed to harvest.
