Arugula Roquette - Eruca sativa
Arugula has been popular in Europe forever, but it just became THE gourmet green here in the states. You might know it as Rocket or Roquette.
The spicy little leaves heave a peppery-mustardy flavor, fantastic with a drizzle of olive oil or mixed with milder greens in a salad. It makes a wonderful pesto.
