French Cornichons - Pickling Cucumbers


French Cornichons are the world's tiniest sweet pickles, loved by foodies everwyhere. Gherkins are very tiny - only 2", with a zappy sweet taste. The French can't live without them. Americans can't find the seeds.

Small plants produce hundreds of tiny cukes. Harvest them at 2" for pickling or wait a couple more weeks for slicers. At either size, they're tart, nubby and crunchy. 50-60 days.
